We consult
Everything starts with a consultation. We’ll discuss your workload, the issues you’ve experienced and what you need your ideal system to deliver. We’ll look at how best to use the available space and maximise storage, including tabling, racking, shelving, waste disposal and pre-wash rinsing. We’ll then recommend the Nelson pass-through machine best suited to your requirements and throughput.
We survey
Accuracy is essential when planning a bespoke system, so the next stage is a thorough site survey. Precise measurements allow us to maximise every centimetre of available space, with many elements custom-made to fit. The finished design will create a cohesive, efficient workflow, preventing the build-up of dirty pots and plates while providing ample storage for clean ones. We’ll also check your existing services to ensure they are suitable for the proposed design.
We design
Using the consultation and site survey, our designers produce a detailed CAD drawing of your proposed system. We’ll discuss this with you, allowing the design to be reviewed and any adjustments or modifications made before production begins. The clarity of the drawings also helps you see exactly how the finished system will look and work.
We make
Once the design is approved, we source and assemble every component required. Bespoke items are commissioned from our trusted fabrication partners, while other agreed elements are ordered from our preferred suppliers. Everything comes together at our secure warehouse, where we quality-check and prepare the complete system ready for installation.
We install
On the agreed date, our installation team will deliver and install every element of your new system. Once installed, we’ll commission the equipment and carry out final checks to ensure everything is working as it should. We’ll also provide in-depth training for the staff who will use the machine, covering day-to-day operation and care so your new system performs at its best from day one.
We support
Our relationship doesn’t end when the installation is complete. We provide ongoing service, technical and after-sales support to ensure your warewashing system continues to deliver superb results for many years.
