Increased capacity maximises versatility
All Advantage commercial warewashers are strong and robust, designed for the heaviest duty environments the industry has to offer. Although designed to take a standard 500m basket, the door of the AD-50XL-U-U has been modified to lengthen the depth of the wash cavity by a further 100mm. This simple adjustment enables 1/1 gastronorm pans and other large pots, containers and utensils that might extend beyond a standard basket to be readily accommodated.

Powerful dual wash and rinse arms provide full coverage of the wash area via strategically aimed jets, whilst the dynamic three-tiered filtration system actively removes filtered debris during the wash cycle improving wash performance.
Our various water treatment options combined with Advantage’s accurate, automatic chemical dosing provides the optimum levels to deliver impeccable results time after time.
No nonsense technology
A choice of 6 carefully calibrated wash cycles will address every type of load. The control panel continuously monitors progress and function. A ‘Soft Start’ option, which begins gently before gradually building to full wash pressure, allows the Advantage to be used for more delicate items. To cap all this off, the clear display and easy to use digital touchpad control panel offers the most simplistic user experience.
Intelligent design
The AD-50XL shares the same, outstanding build features as our other Advantage machines. The counter-balanced door is light to open and close, whilst the door-close system and thermal seal prevent heat and steam from escaping into the workspace, ensuring a comfortable and steam-free working environment. The inner chamber has been designed to prevent grease and dirt from accumulating while a self-drain and self-clean function reduces the need for manual cleaning. A built-in water softener option is also available.
Maximum efficiency without compromise
Advantage commercial dishwashers have a specially designed shallow wash tank which uses just a third of the water required by conventional machines. The machine’s clever design ensures that there is no compromise on hygiene or quality of wash despite the significantly reduced water consumption.
Thermally insulated panels reduce heat loss by retaining water temperature within the wash cabinet, while the automatic standby mode minimises energy consumption when the machine is idle.
