Engineered for Endurance
Our HydroMax Pro 135 is built to withstand the rigours of the busiest kitchens, effortlessly keeping pace with the demands of the most challenging environments. The rigid framework and panelling that make up the cabinet are fabricated entirely from durable AISI 304, 10-gauge stainless steel while the door is reinforced to enable it to tolerate unrelenting use – it can even be used as a loading platform.
Meanwhile, the superior specification continues inside the machine. The moulded, seamless wash chamber is devoid of dirt traps, enabling exceptionally easy cleaning and maintenance while each internal component at the heart of the machine has been carefully selected to deliver a perfect synergy between HydroMax’s powerful wash performance and the intuitive user interface.
Powerful ‘Wash360’ System
The powerful, triple, stainless steel wash arms located at the top and bottom of the wash tank, twinned with side mounted jet bars force water through every part of the wash chamber with equal force ensuring superb results across the entire load every time.
The deep, seamless wash tank is fully moulded to ensure that all the water and accumulated debris are completely expelled at the end of each wash cycle while the double filter system securely traps any residues.
Innovative operation
HydroMax Pro machines utilise colour coded displays that show the programme selected and then chart the cycle’s progress ensuring operators have a clear awareness of the machine’s status at all times. Also, key information is stored and analysed enabling management to monitor data, such as HACCP compliance, as required. In the event of a problem, the inbuilt connectivity system even enables the machine to accurately identify the issue and alert key personnel with detailed information ensuring that a repair can be processed rapidly and effectively.
Designed to deliver
These machines are built to deliver effortlessly and consistently, their inherent durability, providing day on day reliability within the toughest kitchen environments. Fabricated throughout from corrosion resistant 304 and 316 stainless steel they will easily withstand the rigours of non-stop use in atmospheres where chlorides are present and high temperatures are the norm. Ultimately, this specification will ensure the resilience and longevity of the tank and boiler, making HydroMax suitable for the most challenging situations.
Exceptional wash quality
The HydroMax Pro HM-135, with its ‘Wash360’ full coverage wash system comes programmed with four standard wash cycles ranging from 3 to 12 minutes to address loads with any degree of soiling – even heavily baked on deposits. However, if required, these cycles can be customised to manage customers’ specific challenges.
To ensure that maximum wash pressure reaches every part of each item placed in the machine, powerful water jets are released alternately from both the top and bottom of the wash cavity from the triple-pronged wash arms, and from the sides via the side mounted horizontal jet bars. This is followed by an 85°C rinse cycle lasting for a full 12 seconds to guarantee effective sanitisation.

To ensure HydroMax’s ‘Wash360’ system continues to provide you with the results you depend on for the longest possible time, we can support you with an extensive range of water treatments, chemicals and accessories. These include water softeners, demineralisation and reverse osmosis units to improve water quality while, to maximise wash results, we have our own specially formulated detergents, rinse aids and renovating liquids. We also have a wide selection of stands, trolleys and storage racks that will comfortably hold any pots, pans and utensils.
